Shipping policy
Shipping & Processing
- We ship worldwide.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. High order volume may extend this, and we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.
- Once a package is delivered, we’re not liable for damage or loss. Shipments returned due to incorrect address, order cancellation after dispatch, or repeated missed deliveries will be refunded minus shipping and packing costs.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
- All products are personal care items. For safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted even if products are sealed.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it ships and receive a full refund. Your bank may take up to seven business days to credit the funds. There are no cancellation fees.
- If a parcel is returned for reasons above (wrong address, repeated missed delivery, etc.), we’ll refund the order minus shipping and packing charges.
Lost Packages
- We’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered that later go missing. If this happens, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to investigate.
- If you’re concerned about delivery security, contact us before ordering to arrange a signature confirmation (additional fees may apply).
Damaged Products
- If an item arrives damaged, email info@madnepalhoney.com with a photo and order details within 6–12 hours of receiving it. We may ask you to return the unused product in its original packaging for a full refund.
