These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.madnepalhoney.com and purchases made from Honey Nepal.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

Mad honey naturally contains grayanotoxins. Consumption can cause adverse effects, including nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, low blood pressure, slowed heart rate, irregular heart rhythm, confusion, fainting, or other potentially serious symptoms.

Products containing grayanotoxins are intended only for informed adults aged 18 or older.

Do not consume these products if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are under 18
• Have a heart, blood-pressure, neurological, liver, kidney, or other significant medical condition
• Are allergic to honey, pollen, bees, or bee products
• Take prescription or non-prescription medication without first obtaining advice from a qualified healthcare professional

Do not combine the product with alcohol, intoxicants, recreational drugs, or medication. Do not drive, operate machinery, swim, climb, or undertake hazardous activities after consumption.

Read and follow all warnings, serving information, storage directions, and instructions supplied with the product. Do not exceed the labeled serving. Keep all products away from children and animals.

Stop use immediately if you feel unwell. In the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. For severe symptoms, call 911. Outside the United States, contact the applicable poison center or emergency service.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Shipping charges and available taxes will be displayed at checkout where supported. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and import requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

You grant Honey Nepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content.

The website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social networks, or other third parties.
